Initial Telephone Consultation
This session is an opportunity to talk through your concerns, receive initial guidance, and explore whether further assessment or therapy could benefit your child.
Free up to 30 minutes
Initial Consultation
Each assessment lasts around 60–90 minutes and takes place somewhere comfortable and familiar.
We’ll talk through your concerns, explore communication skills through play-based or formal activities, and identify key areas of strength and support.
You’ll receive immediate verbal feedback, plus a short written report with recommendations after the session.
£250 to £350 (determined following a telephone consulation)
EHCNA Assessment and Report
This includes consultation with parents, school, observation of the child and assessment, a written report and travel to and from home/school location within a 20-mile distance of BN14.

Report to Contribute to 1st Tier Tribunal
This includes consultation with parents, school, observation of child and assessment, written report and travel to and from home/school location within 20 mile distance of BN14.

Annual Review Report

Therapy Session
Your session fee covers everything involved in your therapy — time spent together, planning, discussion, travel, resources, and follow-up notes.
Sessions can take place at home, in school, or in another agreed location, with continued practice between sessions helping to build confidence and lasting change.
£100 per hour / £75 per 45 minutes / £50 for 30 minutes
School Support
We can come and support your child in their school setting.
Half day (3 hours) £300
Full day (6 hours) £600
Other Services
Additional paperwork, attendance at meetings and training outside of usual scope of business:
£100 per hour
Travel time to the client’s home, school/nursery and other visits, outside a 20-mile radius of BN14/BN41/BN16 will be charged as follows:
50 pence per mile and £45 per hour travel time (over 30 minutes)
Bespoke training or therapy is available on request
Fees will be discsussed and agreed prior to appointment.

An EHCNA Assessment and Report provides a detailed, evidence-based overview of an individual’s speech, language, and communication needs as part of the Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment process. It includes formal assessment, analysis and clear recommendations to support decisions around an EHCP.
It includes consultation with parents, school, observation of the child and assessment, written report and travel to and from home/school location within 20 mile distance of BN14.

Report to Contribute to 1st Tier Tribunal
This report is written to contribute to a 1st Tier Tribunal and provides a detailed, clinically informed overview of an individual’s speech, language and communication needs. It includes assessment findings, relevant background information, and clear recommendations to support decision-making during the tribunal process.
It includes consultation with parents, school, observation of the child and assessment, written report and travel to and from home/school location within 20 mile distance of BN14.

An Annual Review Report provides an up-to-date overview of an individual’s speech, language and communication needs, along with the progress made and recommendations for next steps.
It includes consultation with parents, school, observation of the child and assessment, written report and travel to and from home/school location within 20 mile distance of BN14.

Review Assessment and Report
A Review Assessment and Report offers an updated evaluation of speech, language and communication needs. It includes a fresh assessment, analysis of progress, and clear recommendations for ongoing support.
It includes consultation with parents, school, observation of the child and assessment, written report and travel to and from home/school location within 20 mile distance of BN14.
£100 per hour
